Sarun Pimngam (ศรัณย์ พิมพ์งาม) is a founder of Businessanalysisoflaw.com. He created this website in order to share his legal knowledge and other fields of experience. The site is also a reflection of his passion for law and investing. He decided to establish investing page on Facebook: Bear Investor (around 17000 follows) and website: bear-investor.com, in 2014, during the period of his law school life. And then he created Businessanalysisoflaw.com and Facebook page: Business Analysis of Law, in 2017.
