Sarun wants to provide and share his articles on legal and business issues in Thailand, and comparative law research on Thai and other legal systems. Businessanalysisoflaw.com consists of several different articles on various issues. It is also a reflection of its founder’s interest in law, finance, investing, and economics.
Background Information
Sarun Pimngam, the founder, is trying to develop a new perspective which is called “Business Analysis of Law.” Therefore, the main aim of Businessanalysisoflaw.com is to show analysis of laws that intersect with business and economics, such as the relationship between the power of juristic methods and economic circle, the ways of interpreting or introducing laws to regulate businesses, and implications for business concerning private and business laws.
This website is also a reflection of its founder’s history as an investor and a lawyer. Sarun found his passion for investing in his law school life and then started out his professional life with a personal finance page in 2014, on Facebook: Bear Investor and on the website: bear-investor.com.
During the period of studying laws at university, legal research greatly interested him. Therefore, he decided to share the combination of his experience and knowledge about investing and law online. Since then, as a result, he created Businessanalysisoflaw.com for his purpose.
